SPT series conductive slip rings are hollow shaft slip rings specially developed by JINPAT Electronics for specific needs. Some performances have been optimized, and the appearance also adopts violet color matching. Except for a few standard models, this series of products are basically customized products. Due to the terminal application and market demand of the SPT series, its product update frequency is lower than that of the LPT series. In the past month, JINPAT has launched a variety of new SPT series customized products, and then I will briefly introduce them to you.
First, let’s look at a pure signal slip ring. The model of this product is LPT000-08S, which is integrated with 8 ultrasonic signal channels. This product has an outer diameter of 47mm and a stator height of 128.3mm, which is relatively rare. Generally, slip ring products that only integrate 8 signal channels have a relatively low height. For example, JINPAT LPT000-08S-HF01, a high-frequency slip ring and ordinary electrical signal integration product, has a stator height of only 52.9mm.
Another SPT product, its model is SPT030-080-1802, from the perspective of electrical parameters, this conductive slip ring is relatively common, and only integrates 18 2A current paths, all of which support signal transmission. The three-dimensional parameters of this product are inner diameter 30mm, outer diameter 80mm, stator length 123.5mm. The more prominent feature of this product is its high protection level, reaching IP54. If it is a cap-type conductive slip ring, with the same protection level and the same electrical parameters, it only needs a customized product with a diameter of no more than 30mm to solve the problem. In response to the market demand for this kind of high protection grade conductive slip ring, JINPAT Electronics has now added two protection grades of IP54 and IP65 to the new generation of cap-type standard models.
