JINPAT Capsule Slip Ring —— Multi-functional Slip Ring

According to the different diameters, the capsule slip rings are divided into three series: LPC medium slip rings (with a diameter of more than 20mm), LPM

miniature slip rings (with a diameter of 12.5~20mm) and LPMS ultra-miniature slip rings (with a diameter of less than 10mm for most models).

LPMS ultra-miniature slip rings is the most compact player in the slip ring family. Its minimum diameter can reach 5.5 mm, and its total weight does not exceed 10g. It is the smallest diameter and lightest conductive slip ring on the market. LPMS ultra-miniature slip rings are widely used in various consumer electronic products, and are also used by researchers in measuring instruments. Some electromechanical technology or toy DIY players will also install them in their own toys or equipment.

The volume of LPM miniature slip ring is slightly larger than that of LPMS ultra-miniature slip rings. The number of channels can be up to 30, and the diameter is between 12.5 and 16 mm. It is also a typical conductive slip ring with small size,large output and many applications. Taking LPM-18 as an example, its application fields include: measuring instruments, military and civilian precision optical equipment represented by photoelectric pod, industrial robots widely used in automatic production lines, and some high-end medical equipment.

LPC medium slip ring is the largest product in the capsule slip ring family. The number of channels can reach 125 or more. Its application field is the same as that of LPM miniature slip ring. In addition, it can also be used for automation equipment and radar equipment. The most typical and common application is the ubiquitous surveillance camera in life.
